Original Character creation file 01: Name: Livia Aulus (nick named Livi or Gambling angel) Age: 21 Nationality: European Hand: Ambidextrous Colors: green and gold Likes: Winning Dislikes: Losing Status: Protagonist Bio: The daughter of a noblemen in Europe, she is said to be a games, riddle, and puzzle master. She gambles without limit and never seems to lose (unless on perpose). She has basic knowledge of sword wielding, but more perfers to talk her way out of a problem. She comes off as being stupid because of her laid back attitude, but she is actually quite intelliegent, and adaptable to any situation. The only thing more noticable than her odd fashion sense is the wing shaped sword on her left hip. The sword is said to be carved and casted from a real angel's wing, but this is not a certainty. If it is, Livi's not telling... _____________________________________________ A character that's been stuck in my head for the longest while now. Finally decide to see what it would look like on screen. I really like it, but I can't help but feel I could have done more with her. Ah, well. Maybe I'll add more later.  Wow, the colouring style on this one has a very professional style to it...reminds me a little of the art from Magna Carta. The sword/weapon/thing is really cool too, though maybe some of the feathers could be sharper to make it look more dangerous? XD
Pose is nice, though her far leg looks a little awkward. I think it's the fact that you can see the bottom of her shoe...? Maybe. I love the costume design, too, though. I seem to have a habbit for doing that..-- FAQ #1337: How to get pageviews without doing anything at all! Wow thank you! Getting compared to Kim Hyung-tae is like a right of passage! If only I actually were that awsome! XD This was mostly an experiment, trying to understand photoshop, my palette system, and the effect of highlights.
And you're right, the right leg is a little off. When I did the line art, both legs looked fine. It's when they were colored that the image began to distort. I'll have to fix that later... -- FAQ #1337: How to get pageviews without doing anything at all! I want the boots too! And the ground is a personally made tile I created for the "render ground/ceiling" function in my openCanvas4.
